Refund Policy

Xedge is a software subscription service provided by Meridian Systems LLC. This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds in plain language.

7-day free trial

The public offer includes a 7-day free trial for the $10/month Founding Plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription converts to the $10/month Founding Plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods. We may issue refunds or credits in limited cases such as duplicate charges or billing errors.

Billing issues

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge with: (1) the email used at checkout, (2) the charge date and amount, and (3) the last 4 digits of the card (if available).
