These Terms govern your use of the Xedge software subscription service provided by Meridian Systems LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service boundary

Xedge provides software tools and informational outputs. We do not accept wagers, do not hold funds, and do not place bets on behalf of users. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using the software.

Subscription and billing

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. The public offer is the $10/month Founding Plan with a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Refunds

Our refund policy is posted at /refund and is incorporated by reference.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with normal operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the software or reliance on outputs.
